Hi, I’m Lori. For the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women as they navigate life’s twists and turns—whether it’s a new chapter, an unexpected change, or simply that feeling of “what’s next?” My own journey into coaching started during a time when I was searching for clarity myself. I realized how much of my identity was wrapped up in being a mom, a wife, and a professional. It took some soul-searching to discover that who I am matters more than any title I hold—and that’s the heart of what I bring to my coaching.

If you’re here, maybe you’re asking some big questions too. Who am I now? How do I move forward after a setback? I feel burned out—how can I get my energy back and stop feeling so overwhelmed and stuck?  What does success look like for me? I get it, because I’ve been there. My approach is all about listening deeply and helping you uncover strengths and gifts you might not even realize you have. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s holding you back, and how you can move forward with confidence—even when life feels overwhelming.
